Accessing the index of individual cells in an Advanced List Pane

Hi, I was just wondering how to access individual cells in an Advanced List pane grid.

I'm guessing they are configured in a grid and I'd need to iterate through the cells with a pair of nested loops?

Also, is it possible to access the data contained in each cell and possible change the appearance of each cell (setting the 'BackgroundColor' property)?
