How to default the OVS search field(Parameter) ??

Hi Experts,

I wanted to default the OVS Search parameter Parameter1 with Two different values with OR Condition??

In the above screen shot i have already defaulted the Status field with AT and i wanted to again default with one more value for the same Status field with OR Condition.

How can we do it, Any Idea?
