Not able to access DateTime field(LastCustomer Interaction and Escalated On) in Ticket (ServiceRequest)

Hi

I want to read some standard fields in ticket screen probably in ServiceRequest BO.

Not able to find the exact path to get the exact data.

These fields are:

1. Last Customer Interaction

2. Escalated On

3. Last Agent Interaction

 

In Ticket UI(COD_SEOD_AGENT_WORKSPACE_TI.TI) I can see it properties but it still not getting exact path to read these fields.

How can I read these fields in SDK. Please help.
