Dear Experts,
Do we have an option to get the system to calculate classification of customers (A,B or C). As of not I see only options to manually set them while creation. But the problem here would be after a few transaction the customer will move from C classification to B classification depending on the volume of business I do with him. There is reverse scenario also if the customer reduced the value of business he does with me overtime the customers classification can come down from B to C.
Does the system has an option do calculate/manage the classification of customers dynamically? Thanks in advance for any help and inputs.
