Can we access to the SilverLight view through UI?

Dear all,

Hope you fine,

I have a quetsion. I would like to know can I access to this view and insert custom field in this view?

Here is the path:

In SilverLight---> Administrator ----> Employee

here we select one Employee and click Edit

This is the final view that I am looking for it in UI

Does anybody know can we access to this view?
