Need to move existing materials to newly created company

Hi,

We are planning to move existing materials to our newly created company. For doing that We need to add new sites for logistics tab, new planning area for planning tab, new planning area for availability confirmation tab, new sales organization for sales tab and new company for valuation tab for every material manually

Is there any way to  add all these details for a bulk of materials my be through migration or else some other method

As we are having thousands of materials. it is difficult for us to add these details for every materials.
