Hi,
Here is the case: Employee from US and from Europe are assigned to an Org unit, and both have access to create Service Ticket
Is it possible to restrict the US employee so he can't read or write the Ticket crated by European employee?
And the European employee have read/Write access of all the tickets and US employee have only access of ticket created by them.
If someone knows about "Define Access Control" please share your experience and also explain about "Access Context".
(I have read the document, but does not get the idea how to restrict employee to read SAP BO(ServiceRequest) data)
